Ixora Ultra Luxury Villas

Al Barari showcases IXORA HOMES, an 82-home collection featuring a rooftop patio, swimming pool, and elevator. The lovely residences of Al Barari are dubbed IXORA, a term that denotes a new dawn in the offering of light. Furthermore, this name denotes the beginning of a new age in Al Barari, as people may experience a new way of life. A magnificent shrub called IXORA is also employed in the landscaping at these properties. A series of vertical concrete frames with a rhythmic dimension split the facade into segments, giving it a distinctive character. The rhythm of the openings and the shading scheme give each house a distinct personality based on the user experience. The outside and inside are linked by a double-height transitional space, allowing the major living rooms to be completely open to the outside. The double-height design, in contrast to many regular dwellings, is drenched with natural light.
